Studco nogging track is used to provide extra strength in stud wall frames and prevent the studs from twisting while the lining boards are being installed. This horizontal bracing creates a solid, rigid frame for the plasterboard, helping to avoid cracks in the joints. Nogging track is a continuous length designed to be installed in stud framing and fixed in place using only two screws per stud connection. The studs slide into the nogging track and are fixed in to overcome the movement of the studs in the frame. The Studco® nogging track is a 3600mm long track with 300mm, 450mm or 600mm centres. Nogging tracks to suit custom centres and back to back studs are also available. Studco® offer a range of nogging products to suit a variety of uses and save installation time.Product Information
