The Lodge Wadjemup – Rottnest Island Hybrid Linings was proud to be involved in the delivery of The Lodge Wadjemup, a boutique accommodation project on the iconic Rottnest Island. Set within a heritage precinct, the development transforms a historic site into a modern lodge that respects the island’s cultural and architectural character. The scope consisted of AUSTIM and Mortlock Timber natural timber cladding alongside Innova by Etex CFC cladding to create a unique natural facade to blend in with the surrounding environment. A key challenge on this project was the remote island location, requiring careful planning and coordination to transport materials and equipment via barge from the mainland. Despite the complexities, Hybrid successfully delivered a high-quality finish that complements the unique setting and contributes to Rottnest Island’s growing tourism appeal.

Perth Dry Wall Construction - Wellington St Student Accommodation

Wellington Street Student Accommodation is a landmark project, now WA’s tallest residential building. Comprising 39 levels with 483 beds, communal facilities and ground-level commercial tenancies, Project Building Supplies was engaged as the supplier for all of the internal framing and lining components. Goods were supplied fully wrapped, strapped and labelled for crane lifts on a floor-by-floor basis over the duration of the project.

The Forbes Residences, located in the Kintail Quarter precinct, is a $52m mixed-use project for Mustera Property Group, bringing ultra-luxury apartment living to Applecross. Designed in collaboration with international award winning Singaporean architecture firm, WOHA and Perth based MJA Studio, the concept of a ‘vertical village’ is at the core of the design concept.
